Residences range from two- to six-bedroom homes starting at 2,616 sqft, with upper penthouses exceeding 10,000 sqft featuring private rooftops and pools, and stand-alone villas with five bedrooms over 7,657 sqft. Every residence includes a private elevator and entry foyer, approximately 10’-6” ceilings, custom European flooring, and fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchens with Rockwell Group-designed Italian cabinetry and Dornbracht fixtures.
The approximately 50,000 sqft amenity program spans multiple levels. An on-premises fine-dining restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi anchors the ground level alongside a private marina. Two resort-style pools offer bayfront and sunset views.
