The masterplan, designed by globally renowned architect KPF, comprises two towers. The 33-story North Tower combines the Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel with 70 Private Residences (two to four bedrooms) and 28 turnkey Hotel Collection Residences (one to two bedrooms), with private residence interiors by Laura Gonzalez. The 66-story South Tower holds 228 residences (two to five bedrooms) plus two duplex penthouses exceeding 7,800 square feet with private pools, designed by Parisian interior designer Tristan Auer.
Residences feature up to 11-foot ceilings, natural stone flooring, lighting by Speirs Major, Molteni&C kitchens with Dornbracht fixtures and Gaggenau appliances, and floor-to-ceiling glass opening to terraces up to 12 feet deep. South Tower homes add a midnight bar in the primary bedroom, an outdoor wet bar, and select staff quarters.
The South Tower podium delivers over 100,000 square feet of resort-style amenities across distinct zones — an Ocean Pool and Lagoon Pool with private villas, a wellness pool deck with hot and cold plunges, Mandarin Oriental’s signature spa, a Technogym fitness atelier, a sport court for basketball, pickleball, or padel, signature and all-day dining, a private screening lounge, a business lounge, a grand ballroom, and a dedicated kids club.
